Sukhvinder Sunger is a Vancouver Police Department officer and a Vancouver Police Pipe Band member. He stays in touch with his roots by playing Punjabi Dhol drum. Bhangra is traditionally danced to Dhol. When I was in Victoria, BC, we met and collaborated.
