1) If you already attended my beginners’ class, then you are ready to move to this section. If you are never my student before, then please choose a beginners’ class.
2) Please pick ‘one’ out of three classes per week. I am offering three times per week so that people have more time-wise choices. In the progressive program, my plan is to teach one move per week. Each class is 40-minute long.
3) I have created detailed information including the names of all the moves on this page. This page will also help you to keep track of all the moves you have learned or going to learn.
