If you feel lonely, go outside. If you feel down, spend time outdoors. If you feel sad, connect with nature. Instead of solely relying on human relationships for comfort when you feel low in any way, try connecting with wilderness. Nature has the power to heal and soothe our souls in ways that human interactions sometimes cannot. Finally, feeling down is normal. Everyone does, me too, some tell, some hide. So, you are not the only one who goes through it, the whole world does. From my winter wonderland, I am dispatching immense joy and hope.
