It is -40ºC/-40ºF around my cabin in the wilderness of the Yukon. The surroundings are calm, frigidly cold, crispy, and yet incredibly beautiful. To generate internal joy and energy, I have created my dance movement. Now, I am sharing this joyful vibe with everyone. Please embrace it!
