When you find it difficult to find joy, try immersing yourself in the embrace of nature; joy will be waiting for you there. When you feel down, consider incorporating some physical movements. They can be gentle or fast, depending on your preferred pace. The combination of nature and movement has the super-power to improve your overall mental and physical well-being.
