Return, Exchange and Refund Policy (Shippable Products)

Gurdeep's shop is very small and cannot compete with the offerings of larger or popular stores. Moreover, all items are customized, which makes it challenging to provide replacements or exchanges or refunds.

As a result, all sales are considered final.

However, if you receive a damaged item, we can offer a refund or replacement in such cases.

 

Return and Refund Policy (Classes, Workshops, and Services)

For dance classes, sessions, workshops, and other non-shippable services, we offer refunds for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the start time of the event.

 

Estimated Shipping and Delivery (Shippable Products)

It typically takes 7 working days for us to process and ship your order from the date it was placed. The delivery time from our location to yours may vary between 5 and 15 days in North America, depending on your location. Therefore, you can expect to receive your item approximately 12 to 25 working days after placing your order. In addition, during peak holiday periods, delivery times may be extended by one week. Deliveries outside of Canada and USA can take approximately 30 to 60 days.
